  I worked for Charlie at the rivoli in the late 70's and early 80's. There are a lot of shirts that are there. I worked for Charlie for a long time and on many occasions after business hours I was in the building alone. I heard voices,seen people sitting in the theater when I hadn't even opened yet. One night I was in the mop room and someone yelled an told me to stop making all that noise,I thought it was charlie.i ask him an he said no he had been upstairs . about the second or third row from the front there was a gentleman with a hat that appears often.

  RIVOLI

  I lived in the area as a kid on lasalle st then on oakland st went to grade school #54 across the street growing up saw alot of movies sammy terrie did shows there used to be small stores along the front one was a candy store lillies. As i got older it became a xxx rated theater i hada friend who rented a apartment above the theater he told me things happened in his apartment when he was asleep once he woke up to find all his pots &pans on kitchen table he saw apperitions standing in living room and some times all his can goods in the hall goingdown the stairs
