Built in 1901, the opera house is haunted by a young boy who was killed there during a Wild West gun show. The opera houses founder, O.K. Guyer, is also said to haunt the place. His funeral was held in the auditorium. Haunting events reported have included room lights turning on, banging noises, doors opening by themselves, and much more.

    I have visited this place numerous times and each time I have received results. From EVP's to shadow people captured on film with teammates receiving personal experiences. Highly recommended.

  • Rocky Horror

    This place was wonderful experience but believe me the actors and actress made the Rocky Horror stage play the most fun and talented musical I've ever seen professionally.If u ever have a chance again to see this DONT MISS IT maybe next year it will return.You can't get any better entertainment close to our town or Muncie.So plz return soon the ones that missed it this last time now r jumping to get in next it was AMAZING THANKS TO ALL THAT MADE IT HAPPEN

  • Our investigation experience

    Our team of investigators visited the Guyer opera house. Not only did we capture an abundance of clear evps!, our shadow detectors were going off, ( main floor mostly) and our EMF had interesting spikes. We got a lot of evps from the stage area. The Guyer has an interesting past and it's an interesting building with many areas in which to investigate. We plan on going back and already have others interested in going after sharing our evidence with them. . Our tour guide Jeff, did a great job explaining the history. We WILL be back.
